Bhindi Recipe - Ladyfinger in Hindi

 लेडीफिंगर ( भिंडी रेसिपी )  सामग्री: 250 ग्राम भिंडी, धोकर 2 इंच के टुकड़ों में काट लें 2 बड़े प्याज, पतले कटे हुए 1 चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 चम्मच जीरा 1 बड़ा चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट ताज़ा हरा धनिया, कटा हुआ (गार्निश के लिए) 1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर नमक स्वाद अनुसार 1/2 चम्मच गरम मसाला 1/2 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर 3 बड़े चम्मच खाना पकाने का तेल तैयारी: भिंडी को अच्छी तरह धोकर सुखा लें. 2 इंच के टुकड़ों में काट लें. प्याज को पतला-पतला काट कर अलग रख लें. गार्निश के लिए ताजा हरा धनिया काट लें.   खाना बनाना:  मध्यम आंच पर एक पैन में 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल गर्म करें. भिंडी के टुकड़े डालें और हल्का भूरा और नरम होने तक भूनें। निकाल कर अलग रख दें. उसी पैन में बचा हुआ 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल डालें. - जीरा डालें और तड़कने दें.  इसमें कटे हुए प्याज डालें और सुनहरा भूरा होने तक भूनें.  अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें और कुछ मिनट तक पकाएं जब तक कि कच्ची महक गायब न हो जाए.  हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और धनिया पाउडर डालें. अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ और एक मिनट तक पकाएँ।  पैन में भुनी हुई भिंडी डा...
